Maintenance and controls Weekly

For all machine versions


Check that the chinstrap works properly.


As a reminder, chinstrap height adjustment is done with the chin NOT in place.

Version with blue crossed rails


  • Check the position of the camera block. It must be centered on its mounting block.

  • If the block is well centered, check that the BLUE clamping screw is correctly tightened


• If the block is not centered,

• Slightly loosen the BLUE locking screw and move the block to re-center it.

• Retighten the BLUE locking screw.




  • Check the position of the Left/Right rail by positioning the L/R carriage on 8 and checking that the carriage is aligned with the left side of the rotation block.

If the rail is aligned,

  • Check that the clamping screw is correctly tightened


                    Set  on 8                                                                 Good alignment from 0 to 5 mm                                            If good, check tightening of BLUE screw



If the rail is not correctly aligned,

  • Slightly loosen the locking screw and move therail so that the left side of the carriage coincideswith the left side of the rotation block.

  • Retighten the locking screw


                     Set on 8                                                                SHIFT Right or left to                                     ALIGN between 0 and 5 mm and tighten the blue screw

 


  • Check that the racks are free of dust or solid particles

  • Clean the 2 rails with a clean cloth

Screws may not be handled unless expressly requested by an IRIS Galerie head office manager.




Machine version with black rail 

  • Check the position of the camera block. It must be centered on its mounting block.


                   If the block is well centered, 


  • Check that the clamping screw is correctly tightened.


                   If the block is not centered,


  • Slightly loosen the clamping screw (pull towards you to release it) and move the block to re-center it.

  • Re-tighten the locking screw and once done, pull towards you to place the screw in this position (see photo).



  • Check that the racks are free of dust or solid particles

  • Clean the 2 rails with a clean cloth
