Remote/camera connection problem

Close Iris and Photoshop
Check connections
Search for activity monitor in the computer
In activity monitor, search for PTP CAMERA
Click on PTP CAMERA and then on the cross at the top left of processor
Go back to REMOTE and refresh (click the camera on the list et actualiser)
Click on the camera
The connection should take place
